Montano Designs Team Montano Designs is a boutique company specializing in developing Joomla content management system websites. We’ve been creating websites since 1994. What began as a hobby became a full‐time business in 2001. We began working with CMS websites and in 2005 refocused our business model to serve exclusively the Joomla! market. Experience has taught our founder, Cindy Montano, that to succeed in business, find a niche and become the best.

Cindy has served since 2005 as a moderator on the Joomla Forum , sits on the UNC Charlotte Web Design Board of Advisors and is a member of the Joomla Events Team. She has developed websites for multi‐national corporations, world‐renown charitable institutions, colleges and universities, as well as small to mid‐range businesses.
